Arlene Wortsman is an associate of Intergage with over twenty - five years of public policy related research and analysis, as well as working with senior level leaders from all sectors to implement national programs and initiatives in order to achieve complex goals and objectives. She has extensive experience working with industry, labour, and government in planning and leading strategic change. Her recent experiences include health human resources, sector councils, federal, municipal and not-for-profit. She has experience in strategic planning, and HR management, and broad consultations including focus groups, key informant interviews and multi-stakeholder facilitation. She has served as the project manager for a number of large-scale projects including human resource studies in different sectors of the economy.
