As a consultant/researcher, Jill, Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), has over 9 years of professional experience in researching and investigation, problem solving, business development, project support and delivery, data synthesis and analysis, support and administration. During this timeframe, Jill has developed an expertise in the area of evaluation, review and organizational assessment through her involvement on numerous projects for the federal government which included the analysis and synthesis of data collected through a wide-range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies including: document reviews, key informant interviews, focus group consultations, and best practices reviews. In support of these methodologies, Jill has experience in the preparation of project planning documents, data collection protocols including interview and consultation guides and communications, evidence matrices and reports. She also has experience in performance measurement including the development of Performance Measurement Strategies and associated logic models.
Jill has completed a Bachelor of Arts and Honours degree from Carleton University. She completed her undergraduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a Concentration in Law.
