Pierre is a senior associate with Intergage Consulting Group Inc. and has more than 20 years of experience and knowledge in all fields of human resources with the federal public service and crown corporations. For the past 12 years he has worked in projects that touch upon all aspects of human resources, including HR planning, classification and staffing, official languages, employment equity, harassment investigations with various federal government departments, special operating agencies, and crown corporations.
These projects have required knowledge of HR management systems and activities, assessment of HR management systems, HR management frameworks, and best practices in HR management. He has extensive knowledge and experience in providing "cradle to grave" support services relating to staffing processes, job writing and evaluation (New Standards 2005, EX, UCS, traditional), human resources strategic planning, policy and procedure development, client satisfaction surveys, workload analysis, workplace assessment, employee competencies and skills development in federal government departments and agencies with special operating status. Recently Pierre completed training offered by the Canada School of the Public Service in new staffing requirements and opportunities that are available under the PSMA.
